Good suggestions, although your statement that Labour needs to not sound “too leftwing” or “Old Labour” I think is out of step with most Labour voters. Part of the disillusionment of left-wing politics is that New Labour is completely out of touch with what Labour should be, a “Democratic Socialist Party”.
